We recommend salicylic acid for teens experiencing oily skin and breakouts. If you're a tween with normal skin we recommend the Frank Body Hydrating Face Wash. You'll enjoy a gentle cleanse without unneccesary ingredients.

Is Niacinamide suitable for all skin types?

Niacinamide is generally considered gentle enough for most skin types, including dry, oily, combination, and sensitive skin. It is a versatile teen-friendly ingredient that strengthens the skin barrier, balances oil production, reduces redness, and minimises the appearance of pores and texture. Although considered gentle, we always recommend a patch test when using new ingredients.

What are AHAs and are they suitable for teen skin?

The AHAs in LAMAV's Sweet Orange Balancing Cleanser are fruit derived - containing a concentrated blend of 5 nourishing extracts including bilberry, sugar cane, sugar maple, orange and lemon. AHAs promote deep cleansing and encourage exfoliation without the need to scrub the skin. They are particularly beneficial for teens experiencing breakouts and oily skin.
