RETURN POLICY
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us ASAP with information on why you are requesting the return, images of the product/s in its current state and proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SKINtween does not take responsibility for return shipments or reimbursement of lost packages. Sale items are considered final, and any promotional offers that have expired between the time of purchase and exchange will be invalid.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to process an exchange is to contact us and arrange a return for the item/s you have ASAP. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
POTENTIAL REACTIONS
While we’re confident in the products we stock, everyone’s skin is unique and reacts differently to ingredients. We strongly recommend you thoroughly check the ingredients labels to check for ingredients that you may be allergic or sensitive to - this is particularly relevant with teen skin.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product. To be eligible for this guarantee, please refer to our satisfaction guarantee policy.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can resolve ASAP.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
As our products are personal care goods, we cannot accept "change of mind" returns that have been damaged, opened or used. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
