Because every complexion is unique, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to help remove the risk from trying something new and to support teens on their skincare journey.


What Our Guarantee Covers

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to support skin barrier health, especially for new skincare users adjusting to a routine.

You can request support under this guarantee for concerns such as:

  • Dehydration
  • Mild breakouts or congestion
  • Dryness or imbalance
  • Overall skin health not improving as expected

We’re here to guide you toward better skin habits and ensure your routine is working for you—not against you.


What Our Guarantee Doesn’t Cover

To keep our guarantee fair for everyone and ensure the products are used safely and correctly, a few exclusions apply. The guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre-existing skin or medical conditions (including acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, dermatitis, melasma, pigmentation, milia, fine lines or wrinkles)
  • Personal preference issues (texture, scent, consistency, or how a product feels on your skin)
  • Issues caused by strong actives, exfoliants, prescription treatments or other products used alongside your SKINtween routine
  • Incorrect product use or failure to follow the instructions provided
  • Claims made more than 30 days after receiving your order

We want your teen’s skin to thrive—and that means making sure products are used gently and safely.


Before You Purchase

All product ingredients are listed clearly on our website.
Please review them carefully before purchasing—especially if you have allergies. Nut-derived ingredients such as macadamia oil and almond oil are commonly used in skincare.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or failure to read ingredient lists prior to purchase.


How to Make a Claim

If you feel the products haven’t helped improve your skin or have caused any skin concerns within 30 days, we’re here to support you.

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your concerns.
  3. We may ask for photos, details of your routine, and any additional products currently being used so we can properly assess your claim.

This helps us guide you, troubleshoot your routine, and ensure the products have been used correctly.

Please note: We offer one guarantee claim per customer and proof of purchase is required to submit a claim.


Refunds & Returns

We aim to make the process simple and transparent:

  • Refunds are issued excluding shipping costs.
  • If a product return is required, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
  • We strongly recommend tracked postage, as SKINtween cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
