MEET OUR FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Michelle! As a Certified Makeup Artist with a Diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation, I have personally tried and tested countless skincare, makeup and personal care products while creating educational content for my online community. Sharing natural, cruelty free skincare and makeup tutorials to help others enhance their natural beauty has been a passion of mine for the past 10 years, and now it’s time to extend that knowledge to those who are in need of some serious guidance – our teenagers.
A couple of years ago I took my teenage niece through Mecca for her birthday and let me tell you, it was a real eye opener! Aside from some blush, mascara and lip gloss that was reasonably priced and she could experiment with for fun, all of the skincare products were either too expensive to include in an ongoing routine or contained harsh active ingredients targeted towards mature skin or skin concerns such as pigmentation – none of which were appropriate for her near perfect pre-teen skin!
Our vulnerable tweens and teens are exposed to an overwhelming amount of online information (most of which isn’t age appropriate or accurate) which can lead to creating unrealistic, expensive skincare habits, or worse – causing unnecessary damage to their delicate skin.
If you’re a parent who doesn’t have a lot of experience with skincare or makeup, let us be your wing-woman and big sister in beauty for your tween or teen. From tips on how to read product labels, to beginner makeup tutorials, we’ve got your back!
I can’t wait to share my knowledge and favourite tried and tested products with you and your teens.
Your BFF in beauty,
Michelle x
